We had a fantastic night on Friday 13th July. We had an Aussie, Aussie, Aussie night. Lots of people dressed up for the occasion in various ways and colours. The night started off with a indoor sausage sizzle and with soup with dancing to finish off.

New Modern Square Dance Classes - Bundaberg Come and try the new "Club 50" Program where you learn 50 movements in 12 weeks. You don't need a partner and no prior dancing skills required. Come and try out a lesson next Tuesday 28th August and 4th September 2018. First class is FREE! Dancing starts at 6.30 pm at the Rum City Band Hall, Targo St, Bundaberg (across from Dan Murph'ys)

2018 is here and we hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year. Its almost time for dancing to start. Friday: Mainstream &Plus start 2nd February with Club50 learners start Tuesday 6th February, 6.30pm both nights. Hope to see you there!! Surprise 80th Birthday Party On June 10th, Cane Country Squares held a surprise 80th Birthday Party for our retired Director Shirley Kelly. The night was made up of past members, present members and dancers with some callers and cuers making the trip to Bundaberg. Our special thanks goes out to Callers and Cuers - Michael Mills, Nev & Bev McLachlan and David Smythe for making the trip. During the night, Shirley was presented with an award of appreciation for 32yrs of service to Cane Country Squares from Club President Matthew Mills. Don't forget we have caller Michael Mills calling this weekend. Plus 2-4pm, Rounds 7pm, Basic and Ms 7.30pm. Sunday Advance 9.30 - 11.30am, rounds 1-3pm. Hope to see as many dancers there possible :-)
